Most sessions are held online, so you can join from anywhere in the world. In-person sessions are offered only during special Immersive Experiences. Because we are all connected through the quantum field, physical presence is not necessary. The energy flows just as powerfully at a distance. I don’t need to touch your body with my hands for the energy to flow.
Every person is unique, and every group is unique. The number of sessions depends on your objectives. Some people notice a shift after just one session, but the best results often come with long-term work, especially for groups. Quantum Healing is a process, its impact depends on how you integrate the insights into your daily lifestyle and actions.
Preparation is simple and helps you receive the most from the session:

🛏️ Position — you may sit or lie down, but the experience is usually deeper and more relaxing when lying down.
💧 Have a glass of water nearby – with a pinch of natural salt 🧂 (Himalayan Pink Salt or Celtic Sea Salt are best; avoid refined table salt). This supports hydration, focus, and energy balance. (I will prepare it energetically for you before the session.)
